Product test needlework lamp

In this product test, two knitters report on whether and how the lamp is helpful when knitting with a handicap.

Britta E. writes: “Many knitters find it difficult to work by hand when their eyesight deteriorates. A special LED hand lamp can be very helpful here. For example, I am very short-sighted, currently with 4.25 or 4.75 diopters. I also have astigmatism. This has already put me off knitting. The needlework lamp has completely won me over. It has three color modes: a bright light for needlework, a bluish light and a yellowish light, which is ideal for reading in bed. Each color in turn has three brightness levels. Both light arms are infinitely adjustable so that the light can be precisely adjusted for manual work. The lamp weighs 130 grams and did not bother me. It is charged with a USB charging cable. With this lamp I can even thread sewing thread into a small needle eye again.” The lamp costs just under 30,- EURO and is available at Amazon(advertising link) available.

Beatrix B. also tested the needlework lamp and reports here in her video on how she found it.

Britta K. has also tested the lamp in the meantime and is thrilled (haha, pun)! She doesn’t have any visual impairments yet, but really enjoys knitting with this lamp. The cozy little light in the living room is enough and she doesn’t have to disturb everyone in the family with the bright ceiling lamp or a bright floor lamp.

And here you will find particularly reader-friendly instructions.
